Batman Vs Superman casting and character news...Wonder Woman in the upcoming film

From an interview with Superherohype

Now that Gal Gadot of the "Fast & Furious" franchise is locked to star as Wonder Woman alongside Ben Affleck as Batman and Henry Cavill as Superman in Batman vs. Superman, it’s time to consider the possibility that the narrative could veer in the direction of the Superman/Wonder Woman comics in which the Man of Steel and the Warrior Princess are a super-power couple.
While talking to Amy Adams about David O. Russell's American Hustle, she took the time to tell ComingSoon.net's SuperHeroHype about how she’d feel if Wonder Woman’s presence led to a love triangle:
"Am I interested? I don’t know. I mean, we’ll see. I hope that I can be involved with a woman on screen where we’re not in a love triangle. That would be fun. Maybe where we team up together and we work as teammates instead of adversaries."

Considering the source material has now covered both a romantic and platonic version of the Superman-Wonder Woman relationship, it could go either way and there is a possibility Adams could get what she wants to a degree. The idea of Lois Lane feeling threatened by Wonder Woman’s presence, but Superman insisting she means nothing to him right before all parties team up to fight a common enemy seems like a likely option.
Check out the clip  here of Adams discussing the possibilities for the July 17, 2015 release below and keep an eye out for our full interview with the American Hustle star on ComingSoon.net as we near that film’s December 13th limited release.

Batman Vs Superman' Henry Cavill talks about Ben Affleck as Batman

Batman and how he believes that Affleck has to talent to take on the title superhero

"I'm sure he'll be fantastic, above all else, and as a filmmaker he's got his own style, you know, he's not copying anyone else. And he's also sort of been tenacious in his career. He's had ups followed by downs and now he's very up again and I think that requires and shows a very special strength of character, and it's something I enjoy working with because jobs like this require a strength of character. They require a dedication to the work and a belief in oneself and Ben has that, clearly."

Batman Vs Superman is to hit theaters  July 17, 2015, also starring in the film are; Amy Adams, Diane Lane and Laurence Fishburne.

Batman Vs Superman news: Christian Bale talks about THE 'Batman Voice' and advises Ben Affleck

Christian Bale sat down with MTV to talk about his latest movie Into The Furnace , what reporters were also asking Bale about Batman and The Voice...which led to him bringing up Ben Affleck.

Here is a snippet of the interview:
Bale said, “It’s an interesting thing, you know what I mean. We were finished. Chris [Nolan] and I said before we started making Dark Knight Rises, ‘This is it. This is the finale. We’re going out.’ ’ And then a year later, people said, ‘That’s it? You’re going out?’ And we went, ‘We’ve kind of been saying that for a couple of years.’”

Talking about THE voice he used for Batman, Bale explains in details:

"I got there. They put me in Val Kilmer's suit. It didn't even fit properly, and I stood in it and I went 'I feel like an idiot.' What kind of guy walks around, dressed like a bat? And is then going to go 'Hello, how are you? Just ignore that I'm dressed as a bat.' Of course, he's meant to be doing this," Bale said. "If you look at the history of the guy and the pain that he went through. I went 'I can't do this in a normal voice. I have to become a beast in order to sell this to myself.' "
Even though that voice would go on to define what people thought of Batman's voice, the initial reviews of Bale's audition weren't as sterling as his later ones. "I went home that evening, and my wife said, 'How'd it go?' I went, 'I kind of did this.' And I showed her, and she went, 'Oh, you f---ed that one up, didn't you?' " he said. "Thank God they went for it."

In an interview with Collider.com Adam Driver (Girls) discussed, but was careful not to fully confirm the rumor that is circulating that he has landed the role of Nightwing in the upcoming Zack Snyder Batman VS Superman.
Nightwing has been rumored to be in the film and many names have been attached to the role, however this is the first interview from an actor discussing-yet-not confirming his possible casting for the role.

UPDATED
From Driver himself:
"No. Not that I know of, no. If you find out, let me know, then I'll know."
Though he did have many nice things to say about just being rumored for the part.

"That's like intensely flattering as you can imagine. I mean, it's Batman and Superman, who doesn't want to be involved in something not only of that scale but of who those characters are. That's an incredible world to be able to be in for a bit. Like who wouldn't want to do that?"

Ben Affleck confirms "Batkid is the best Batman ever" booster seat and all

Ben Affleck has already confirmed what  millions of people have already seen on Youtube and all over the web, and that is that Batkid is the best Batman ever, sorry Christian Bale and Adam West.
Affleck made the statement through his Twitter account

If you haven't yet heard the story, here is a snippet from the National Post and video clip below

SAN FRANCISCO — A 5-year-old boy who has battled leukemia for years became a darling of social media and attracted thousands of fans at home in California and around the world — including the U.S. president — as he took on the persona of his favourite superhero.

Dressed in Batman’s signature cape and mask, Miles Scott faced foe after foe around San Francisco on Friday, drawing huge crowds and fulfilling his greatest wish in the process.
The White House sent out a tweet encouraging Batkid to “Go get ’em!” and in a video recording, President Barack Obama said, “Way to go, Miles! Way to save Gotham!”
Batkid was called into service by Police Chief Greg Suhr and spent the day zooming from one “crime scene” to the next. Accompanied by an adult Batman impersonator, Batkid rescued a damsel in distress from cable car tracks, captured the Riddler as he robbed a bank, and saved the San Francisco Giants baseball team mascot — Lou Seal — from the Penguin’s clutches.
Miles was able to fulfil his dream through the city, volunteers and the Make-A-Wish Foundation, a charity that grants the wishes of children with life-threatening illnesses.
Batkid had a police escort worthy of a dignitary as he sped around the city in a black Lamborghini with Batman decals, with officers blocking traffic and riding alongside him on motorcycles.

Daredevil TV Series planned by Netflix and Marvel Studios

Drew Goddard, writer of the Cabin in The Woods, has signed on to write for the upcoming Netflix series Daredevil: The Man Without Fear.
Despite the negative reviews and reception of the Daredevil film, my hopes are high that the series will be great.
According to Netflix, 13 episodes have been ordered
The Daredevil comics have always been a fan favorite...unlike the big screen adaption.
Oddly enough, the film was actually a commercial success, nearly grossing 3 times its budget of  $78million.
Kevin Smith, had previously shown interest in either writing or directing a new Daredevil film.......could we see Smith possibly directing a few of these new Netflix episodes?
