According to Reddit user 'Xzsekots' , he has just received a notice that his apartment in Baton Rouge Louisiana is being scouted as a filming location for the upcoming reboot of The Fantastic Four.
The notice also states that filming would begin in March 2014.
The film is set for a June 2015 release
