Comedy Starring: Steve Buschemi, Jim Carrey, Olivia Wild, Alan Arkin, James Gandolfini, Jay Mohr and regrettably Steve Carell.

When it comes to comedy, I am always hesitant to discuss or review them since humor is incredibly subjective (some would call me crazy for absolutely hating The 40 year old Virgin and loving Tropic Thunder).
This cast however is amazing, Steve Buschemi, Alan Arkin and James Gandolfini may not be the headline comedians for this film, but they will surely get the most laughs out of me.
Jim Carrey is always great in comedies, despite the quality of his past films, he always does the most with what is given to him.
Jay Mohr will probably play  a lovable, sarcastic, cynical asshole...
Although this film does headline Steve Carell as the title character Burt Wonderstone, I simply do not think this man is funny in any way shape or form. He doesn't bring anything to a role, he isn't physically funny, his delivery isn't funny and the fact that he thinks he's funny makes him oh-so not funny.
Plot summery:
Superstar magicians Burt Wonderstone (Steve Carell) and Anton Marvelton (Steve Buscemi) have ruled the Las Vegas strip for years, raking in millions with illusions as big as Burt's growing ego. But lately the duo's greatest deception is their public friendship, while secretly they've grown to loathe each other.

Facing cutthroat competition from guerrilla street magician Steve Gray (Jim Carrey), whose cult following surges with each outrageous stunt, even their show looks stale. But there's still a chance Burt and Anton can save the act—both onstage and off—if Burt can get back in touch with what made him love magic in the first place.
