World of Warcraft latest Movie News

Director Duncan Jones is  a very busy man of late...so busy in fact that he decided to drop out of one his projects. Jones had signed on to direct Legendary Pictures' Warcraft, which will be released  on December 18, 2015,  the problem is that he had been attached to numerous other projects including an Ian Fleming biopic (the man behind James Bond). Jones had no choice but to drop out of the Flemming biopic to focus on Warcraft,
Due to scheduling and in an effort to begin production on Warcraft,  Jones has had to put other projects behind him. Since the film is slated to be released late 2015, Jones wanted to start production as early as this coming January.

DC Comic The Sandman Film in the works

Neil Gaiman's cult comic series Sandman looks like it has peaked the interest of producer David Goyer, and in turn,  he has pitched the idea over to Warnes Bros.  the discussion are about how the comic book series could be made into a full length feature film
In addition to Goyer, DC comics Geoff Johns is "very behind" Goyer's vision and early talks have begun with Joseph Gordon-Levitt to potentially to star as Morpheus in the film

Transformers: Age of Extinction news spycam teaser w/Dinobots

Transformers: Age of Extinction is coming to theaters June 2014, and filming for the film has recently wrapped up.
This can only mean one thing, teasers and spoilers will evidently be leaked.
The first would-be spoiler might come from a preview of the action toys line up, where Optimus Prime is riding on a Dinobot (should I mention I had all the Dinobots over 20 years ago... hmmm, would this of made me a millionaire again?)

For those who do not yet know, Mark Wahlberg is now starring in this fourth installment ,  he recently spoke with Access Hollywood about
the upcoming film:
“It’s a completely different stand-alone movie. It takes place after the third one, after the battle of Chicago. It’s definitely its own story. I think it’s very different and fresh and people are going to really enjoy it. I had a blast making it. And you’re going to see things in this particular movie that you haven’t seen in the other movies.”

Officially announced WORLD OF WARCRAFT MOVIE release date w/ teaser concept

Officially announced World of Warcraft movie to be made
Release date is set for December 18th 2015

It had been sorta, kinda announced a few years ago, but now, there is finally an official description of the plot. The story will focus on humans and orcs heroes from the original game. Warcraft could have gone in so many directions, and still could if future films are made, but this film will take from the storyline of the story surrounding the Eastern Kingdom of Azeroth.
Although no actors have yet been signed on for the project, it has been rumored that Colin Farrell, Paula Patton (Mission Impossible), and Travis  Fimmel (Vikings TV series) have been approached for some title roles.
