Secret URL Found in The Amazing Spider-Man 2 Trailer!

As secret URLs hidden in movie trailers go, Amazing Spider-Man 2 appears to have included one of the most difficult to find ones yet. Since comic book movie trailers get analyzed in great details, secret URLs tend to get revealed pretty quickly after a new trailer gets released. However, the secret URL in Amazing Spider-Man 2 remained hidden for almost a week.
Finally, uncovered by SuperHeroHype.com, the secret URL occurs at the 2:06-2:07 minute mark in the Amazing Spider-Man 2 trailer, but its only fully visible while watching the trailer in 1080 HD. It appears in a beam that lights up on the right side of Electro. The secret URL is ElectroArrives.com. So far, the only thing at the URL is a picture of Harry Osborn looking at video on his touchscreen table. However, there’s also a countdown clock for 20 days from now, which seems to coordinate with New Year’s Eve. Could it be related to the recent announcement that Spider-Man will be part of the New Year’s Eve festivities in Times Square?

The Amazing Spider-Man is scheduled to open in movie theaters on May 2, 2014.

The poster shows an epic and destructive showdown in Times Square, with Rhino on the left, the Green Goblin in the middle, and Electro on the right.

The current villain lineup includes; Electro (Jamie Foxx), Rhino (Paul Giamatti) and now possibly Shocker

The Daily Bugle Newspaper
Detective Stan Carter of the NYPD Major Crimes Unit was on scene to comment, stating, ”There’s still a lot we don’t know, but it looks like some kind of sustained vibration literally shook the door off its hinges and ripped the walls apart in the process.” Security cameras inside the bank were damaged upon the immediate forced entry of the robber, denying police a clear view of the perpetrator or the means of rupturing the vault.
When asked if the NYPD had concerns that the nature of the crime might indicate heightened super-human activity, Carter said, “There’s no evidence to point to that

Despite the outraged cries of protesters that have dogged the project since its inception, Oscorp Industries is set to flip the switch on the construction of an experimental hydroelectric power plant that could reshape New York’s power landscape.
“What do you want me to say? That this is a bad idea? Oh, you do? Fine. This is a bad idea,” said average New York taxi driver, Mike Lortz when asked his thoughts about the power plant.
A wave of the Mayor’s pen on Resolution 2013.2.C4A was enough to signify the end of months of legal maneuvering, bureaucratic red tape, and political wrangling.
Norman Osborn was unavailable for comment, leaving company spokesman Donald Menken to succinctly sum up the announcement, “Oscorp’s patented ‘free-flow’ power grid design will power the entire city for the next 20 years.”
Though fears of an impending city-destroying catastrophe are running high, Oscorp’s stock still managed to climb after a week of tumultuous trading.
