The Walking Dead ; Jaw-dropping midseason finale..teaser

Chad Coleman (Tyrese) called into Entertainment Weekly Radio (SiriusXM, channel 105) to warn  viewers to “fasten their seat belts” for an episode he promises is “gut-wrenching, epic, jaw-dropping, all of the above.” .
Coleman then went on to talk about his character Tyrese; “I know everybody was waiting for Tyreese to break out and that was Tyreese in full bloom,”, “It was a big adrenaline rush, man. It was crazy and I was exhausted afterward.” He goes on to talk about Tyrese sometimes over-compassion for others: “I think that’s what it is, finding that balance between what the rules of engagement are in a post-apocalyptic world. Can you really afford to have a heart that big? And he’s finding out. He’s learning. You’ve got to know the landscape. You got to play by certain rules. It’s all part of a maturation process for Tyreese, to make him a better man and a better leader. I appreciate his nobility, but there are just things that everybody has to learn hard and fast and I think he’s in the middle of his learning curve right now.”

"It's Aaron Taylor-Johnson's film, but the ensemble, we all are somehow connected to Aaron's character," she said, "He's the root, and I play his wife and I'm the person who holds down the San Francisco prospective of it all. I'm a nurse and I work trying take care of this chaos. 'Godzilla' is just so deserving of a good American remake, and I really hope we did it and I really feel like we did."

In the spring, she'll also play Scarlet Witch alongside Taylor-Johnson's Quicksilver in Joss Whedon's Avengers: Age of Ultron.

"She's nuts, she's crazy. She has more things wrong with her than any character I've ever played," Olsen said about the character. "She can tell you where an object has been, she can tell you what your future is, she can connect with the dead and people from other universes, and she's the only person in this universe who's capable of doing that. She's unbelievable; it's so cool. I grew up loving 'Star Wars' and 'Lord of the Rings,' and anything that has this other type of world or universe to it is so fun."

Godzilla is scheduled for a May 16, 2014 release and Avengers: Age of Ultron is hitting theaters on May 1, 2015.

In an interview with The New York Times, Bon Weinstein one half of The Weinstein Company's stated that his company is now looking at developing a "Sin City" TV series as well. Here's a snippet from that interview

Bob Weinstein, interviewed separately from his brother, said he was developing original projects that would be in tune with his horror- and action-oriented Dimension brand, along with several shows based on movies he has overseen for the company. He is preparing a pilot based on the Scream  films for MTV, for instance, and developing a proposed 10-part series with Frank Darabont, based on Dimension's film version of Stephen King's The Mist.

Mr. Weinstein said he was also hoping to quickly follow the August release of the film Sin City: A Dame to Kill For, directed by Frank Miller and Robert Rodriguez, with a Sin City television series from Mr. Miller and Mr. Rodriguez.

 

The Amazing Spider-Man villain poster just released

Peter Parker will be facing off against the Green Goblin, Electro, and Rhino when the film hits theaters on May 2nd. Though we've gotten a first look at Electro, today we're getting an early — albeit blurry — look at Spider-Man's other two foes. Twitter user Jeser Piedra spotted one of the film's first posters in a Las Vegas movie theater, and uploaded some photographs of it online. The poster shows an epic and destructive showdown in Times Square, with Rhino on the left, the Green Goblin in the middle, and Electro on the right.

The Hobbit, First look at Smaug in the upcoming film

For months Peter Jackson has been teasing us with trailers here and there for the upcoming The Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug film.
In all the trailers, there is a sneak peak of Smaug but nothing to give a real good idea of what the title villain will look like. However today all that has changed, Air New Zealand has shown off its brand new Smaug decal on one of its Boeing 777 airplanes.

Paul Walker of the popular Fast and Furious films dies in Car Accident

UPDATED: The actor was shooting "Fast & Furious 7" for Universal and also was starring in the upcoming "Brick Mansions" and "Hours."

Paul Walker, best known for his role in the hit Fast and the Furious movies, died Saturday afternoon in a car accident in Valencia, Calif., The Hollywood Reporterhas confirmed. He was 40.

The L.A. County Sheriff's Departmenttweeted that the crash happened around 3:30 p.m. in the 28300 block of Rye Canyon Loop. As of 8 p.m., the road was still closed, and two Los Angeles local TV stations had sent news vans to the scene.

According to TMZ, Walker was in his new Porsche GT when the single-car accident happened. The car reportedly burst into flames, with one of Walker's friends telling the local newspaper they "went through fire extinguishers" in a futile bid to fight the blaze. "We tried, we tried," Antonio Holmes told the Santa Clarita Signal.

Walker's Facebook page says he was the passenger in the car; AM radio station KHTS reports Roger Rodas, the CEO of Walker's company Always Evolving, was the driver and the car's owner.

Walker was reportedly in the area, just north of Los Angeles, for a car show and toy drive set up through his charity, ReachOut World Wide. In 2010, he flew to Chile to offer to help those injured in the 8.8 magnitude earthquake and earlier was involved in the relief effort to help survivors of the earthquake in Haiti.

He is survived by his 15-year-old daughter, Meadow.

Walker was reprising his role as Brian O'Conner in Universal's Fast & Furious 7 for director JamesWan. The movie had recently begun filming in Atlanta and was set to move to Abu Dhabi in January, but was on a break from shooting for the Thanksgiving holiday. The seventh film in the blockbuster action franchise has been slotted to hit theaters July 11.

The blue-eyed Walker, who described himself on his Twitter page as an "adrenaline junkie," did many stunts in the Fast and the Furious movies himself. He starred in a 2010 National Geographic Channel series Expedition Great White, on which he spent 11 days as part of the crew, catching and tagging great white sharks off the coast of Mexico.

He reportedly owned a pair of high-performance car companies in Valencia.
