Seth Rogan involved somehow in AMC's 'Preacher'

Only a couple hours after I posted the Preacher news teaser, Seth Rogan jumped to Twitter to make a few unprompted remarks regarding Preacher and perhaps his involvement with the series

Looks like about seven of years of hard work are about to pay off. I may get to bring one of my favourite stories ever to life.

 He then sealed the deal when he followed up his initial tweet with the following;

Arseface. John Wayne, The Saint of Killers.

Those are 3 main characters from  Preacher.
Now the question is; How is Seth Rogen involved? Producing, directing, acting? No one knows but Seth at this point.

AMC's The Walking Dead team to develop "Preacher" series

Rumors of a "Preacher" series coming to TV persist, the project had been abandoned by HBO, but now seems to have been picked up by AMC,
Considering the them of Preacher and AMC's current lineup, Preacher would be a perfect fit over at AMC. Rumors are that the people behind the hit show are interested in working and developing a Preacher series.
For those of you who may not know, "Preacher" is a comic book with a huge cult following and it tells the story of   a preacher from a small Texas town of Annville. The  Preacher is Jesse Custer an average Joe, living an average life until one day he was accidentally possessed by a supernatural creature named Genesis in an incident which killed his entire congregation and destroyed his church.
For now, its a huge rumor, and I will keep updating the story as things unravel.
