CW's The Flash upcoming TV show revealed!

Following their reveal of the first photo of Grant Gustin as The Flash, The CW has debuted a full image of the entire costume, designed by Oscar winner Colleen Atwood, as it will appear in the upcoming "Arrow" spin-off series. Check it out below!
“I hope the fans who treasure the character are as excited as we are by what costume designer Colleen Atwood has achieved with this latest version of The Flash’s iconic suit,” said pilot director/executive producer David Nutter (“Arrow,” “Game of Thrones”).

"The Flash" arrives from co-creators Greg Berlanti and Andrew Kreisberg who, along with Geoff Johns, will write the pilot episode which is currently in production with "Arrow" pilot director David Nutter at the helm.

Tom Cavanagh ("Ed") is set to play a leading role in The CW's upcoming "Arrow" spinoff, "The Flash". The Hollywood Reporter today brings word that Cavanagh will play STAR Labs CEO Harrison Wells. Although Wells is not a DC Comics character, the name was previously mentioned on the "Arrow" mid-season finale, "Three Ghosts".

 

 Cavanagh will join Grant Gustin as Barry Allen, Candice Patton as Iris West, Jesse L. Martin as Iris's father, Detective West, Rick Gosnett as Central City Police Detective Eddie Thawne, Carlos Valdes as Cisco Ramon and Danielle Panabaker as S.T.A.R. Labs bioengineer Caitlin Snow.

DC film news...connection with Arrow TV series? Batman vs.Superman

DC Films, neither confirmed nor denied an ongoing rumor that the tv series Arrow would be tied in with a yet unidentified DC Film.

In an interview with Fandango, DC executive  Greg Berlanti stated:
We haven't had any of those conversations other than to say, what characters are we allowed to use this year and advocate or request certain ones that are of interest to us. And every now and then, they'll say, 'You can't have that guy.' They don't say why, and we figure out why later on.
