Back on track....What to watch if you haven't done so already.
This summer has had many fandom-centric films, from Wolverine to RIPD to World War Z, Iron Man, Star Trek etc
Of the bunch, I surprisingly enjoyed The Wolverine the most, despite it steering away from some true elements of the story of our Canadian superhero.
From someone who read Wolverine comic books as a child, this particular story-line is important in telling the story of Logan...and this may be the one reason I gravitated more towards a like than a a dislike.
Violence level:acceptable, cinematography: visually good, script/dialogue:
average.
If you like Superhero films, you will enjoy this.
It is not quite Chris Nolan -Batman like...It fits more in the mold of the latest Man of Steel film.
6.5/10

New captures from Iron Man 3 and The Wolverine
Source: EW, Film Trasher
I swear to god, despite the fact that I am excited to see this new Wolverine film, they better not turn it into some spidermanironmantheavangerscatwomendaredeviloriginalbatmanthorrecentsupermanthehulkfantasticfour-esque sh)tshow.
I also have zero expectations and interest for IronMan III. They lost me as a viewer the second they changed the Tony Stark character from the comic book into some extreme over the top arrogant persona.
If Hollywood has rights to a comic book character, then try harder to keep the namesake and visual likeliness, try the fu-k to keep the story relevant and relatable to the source material.
