Review on: The Hunger Games: Catching Fire

Let me play Nostradamus and give my predictions for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire

1- It will be awful...
2- Again, no one will  realize that this is a recycled story and blatant ripoff (Battle Royal, Running Man, Badlands, The Long Walk, etc etc etc etc etc)
3- The talents of Stanley Tucci & Woody Harrelson will be wasted
4- Somehow, someone, somewhere in the world will think that Jennifer Lawrence is a great actrice
5- Despite it's Tim Burton-esque cinematography the special effects will be sub-par and ridiculous (not in a funny fun way) for a "serious" film
6- It will  be a huge box office success
7- Isn't "Catching Fire" an expression for contracting herpes?

Catching Fire, will be released  tomorrow, November 11th*
Enjoy!

At a glance: 2013 new releases...the shitty ones

At a Glance: 2013 new releases...

Start off with a negative and end up with a positive.

Here is a list of simply (and probably)  horrific films which will come out in 2013
  • R.E.D 2 ( I kinda like RED but did anyone really even see the first film)
  • Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunter ( No star power and Grimm style storytelling has never worked on the big screen)
  • A Good Day to Die Hard (Die Hard should of died, 3 films ago)
  • The Hangover 3 ( I loved the 1st, they somehow managed to screw up a sequel, a 3rd instalment cannot be good).
  • The Hunger Game: Catching Fire ( Hunger Games, possibly the most underwhelming film I have ever seen..and f--- me, its a trilogy. This is going to be a big hit in theaters, but the story is so god damn boring, its like watching a wanna be Philip K Dick story thrown in with some Twilight tween crap).
  • Smurfs 2 ( does this even deserve a comment?)
  • Iron Man 3 ( Honestly just stupid. If you liked comics when you were a kid, you cannot be excited for this. I for one loved comics.)
  • Grown Ups 2 (I was really hoping the 1st one to be funny, but found myself being upset at such a wasted group of actors starring in such an empty, borderline crappy slapstick humor comedy. And f--- me....there making a sequel.)
  • Anything possibly starring Nicholas Cage.

I will follow with my positive anticipated films sometime tomorrow
